The Company is pleased to announce that the Scheme of Arrangement became effective on 28 July 2026 following recognition of the Scheme of Arrangement under Chapter 15 of the United States BankruptcCode and delivery of a copy of the Order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement to the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.

This website has been established by Fleming International Reinsurance Ltd. (provisional liquidators appointed for restructuring purposes only) (“FIRe” or the “Company”) to provide creditors with access to key information and documents relating to FIRe’s Scheme of Arrangement.
